This hydration backpack will allow you to carry up to 600 milliliters of water or isotonic drink with you for your training, competitions or long sessions.

Next, place the hydration bladder inside the backpack and put the backpack on your back. The adjustment is immediate. Finally, fix the tube and nozzle according to your needs and... you're ready!
